CELL C SERVICE I HAVE BEEN HANDED OVER INCORRECTLY

Cell C your service is really no acceptable, you have handed me over to legal when my account is actually in credit. where are the people/staff that review these accounts, you have changed your systems to Vodacoms and your staff don't know how to resolve my issue. they have acknowledged the issue. when can this be resolved please.
