CELL C SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN THE DRAIN!!!!!! 🤬🤬

Cell C has the worst customer service and service in general. It’s been twice now that they double debit my account and then say they have not received any funds. My bank statement says it has gone off on 2 different days. Even when going to the bank branch, it’s on their system at the bank that Cell C has taken money twice. When sending the proof of payment or bank statement to Cell C they say they haven’t received my mails with the proof. I even tried sending it to them on the Facebook messenger and still they say there is no money from me. I want to cancel my 2 contracts with them but that will cost me almost R3000!!!! I have been with Cell C for 8 YEARS NOW!!! And this is the service I am getting now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CELL C TO ANYONE!!!!
