Cell C service getting worse by the day !

Once afain I have a problem with Cell C. I call the upgrade centre, number does not work, so the call centre, they just say they will transfer me to upgrade centre, and I just end up right back by them. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, but apparently they are to busy to deal with customers, they will call back when they have a chance, what is my number, now in tbe course of this call I have entered my number into the system 7 times and given it to 2 actual humans, but still they don't know my number, why do I then need to type it to the systems every time ? I'm sorry, but the service at Cell C is really getting worse and worse by the day. Such a pity, Cell C used to be such a good company.
