Cell C Service
I am so disappointed with Cell c services. I cancelled my contract on nr ***, beginning of Aug, the lady said she will send confirmation. Today after another email, another Lady phoned, to ask and check if contract is registered for cancellation. She asked security questions, but it did not pass, as they did not change my address as asked. I am furious 😡😡😡The worst network provider ever. Incompetence is a factor here.
