Cell C Service DISGUSTING

I have been trying to cancel my Cell C contract for over a month now. The 084 143 number just plays music............I have also gone into a Cell C outlet and they informed me that they cannot assist and I have to phone the 084 143 number. This is unacceptable - this this Cell C strategy on keeping customers by not assisting them to cancel contracts??? If this is the case it is disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!
