CELL C SERVICE DISAPPOINTING

I want to express my disappointment at the appalling service that I received from Cell C. It started out well when the employee I spoke to was very friendly when I app**** for a Tablet contract almost 3 weeks ago. His name was Welcome and at the time I would've given him 10/10 for service. I was told my package would be delivered in 7 days. Not only did it take 2 WEEKS but I had to call them to find out only to find that the package HADN'T EVEN BEEN WRAPPED OR WAITING FOR COLLECTION!! To add to this, when I finally did receive it all was well. But I then got a call from a woman in CAPE TOWN who had received a package WITH MY CONTACT DETAILS ON IT WHERE MY NUMBER WAS NOTED AS THE CONTACT NUMBER FOR CELL C. I feel this is a breach of my privacy for Cell C to be sending my details to other people and I would like to express how sad this is for a company that SPENDS MILLIONS ON ADS AND YET CAN'T EVEN KEEP THEIR CLIENTS' DETAILS PRIVATE OR DELIVER ON TIME!
