Cell C service Chaos

I have been with cell c for approximately 8 months now.My problem started2 months back.Ive got a 2year internet contract with cell c .Although money gets deducted every month from my bank acc,I get absolutely zero service signal and is not able to connect to the internet at all.I contacted them numerous times with absolutely no help from their side at all,besides telling me that they have a technical problem .....but without any usage I still have to pay for their “so called service “!!!!I’m so tired of phoning them on a frequent basis without any reaction from their side to try and rectify this problem.Surely such a technical issue can be fixed in les than the current 2month period PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
