Cell C service at a all time low

After been a loyal customer with Cell C, over 7 years and I'm not about to move to another network as the service I have received when trying to make simple number swap is proving to be a huge undertaking and taking up way to much time for a simple task and they charge a fee for this. What happened to loyalty counting for something and basic services that work when we already have to exorbitant mobile phone rates in this country.
