My wife's Cell C prepaid sim is damaged and she has been trying to do a sim swap for the past two days. Each time she calls the Cell C call centre they tell her she has failed the security checks. One agent says she needs an Unricad sim, another says she must rica the nwe sim. Last agent told her to create a self service pin to do the sim swap herself, which she did. She still cant do a sim swap, why **** is this. My wife needs help urgently, she last to Vusi Mochalla at Cell C, who told her to call after 30 days, what bullsit is this? What must she do without a working sim? My wife's cell c number is ***, I need this matter sorted out. Whats the use of a CellC self service pin. She passed the security check for a self service pin, but she fails the security check for a sim swap, this is *******. What did she need to create it if she cant use it do a sim swap?
