Cell c service

After numerous times sending proof of payment and sorting it ( or so I thought) out with cell c customer services at cell c Knysna on 10/4/2018 receiving reference ********** 826, my phone still got blocked. It was also established that the mix up was done on cell c'side. I have been a customer with cell c for many years but I now had enough. This is very poor service.
