CELL C **** SERVICE
Cell C has disconnected my unemployed sister's number that she has had for 15 years. the reason being she has not recharged in a while. Mind you that number is on her CV as she is looking for job. It's linked to her bank account.

That's how it has been since the beginning. The system registered the number a non calling sim and deactivate it.
