*********** Cell C service.

If been a customer for a few years now and last month on the 6 of October I paid through the cell C app R 1400 more than my monthly installment .My salary got paid in a day so my debit order didn't go off on the debit day that's why I did the online payment. But then all off a sudden they couldn't locate the payment. When to the bank just to verify the money did go out of my account and it did. On my statements all that and then they deducted 2 in one month because of the error on they side.Its exactly a monthly since a made a online payment and .they have yet to find my money.So where is my money just floating about worst customer service ever.Jow *********** can one company be.To how many customers does this happen. I'm going back tomorrow and I want answers not we will phone you if we sort this out is the 5time I had to go back....
