cell c service ?

I am EXTREMELY unimpressed. When I wrote my previous review. I was Informed on the 4th of February that I would receive a call from an employee of cell c. Till date. I have not received a call.

When I do contact cell c. I am being informed that nobody can access my order. Only a specific employee. (For the sake of courtesy I won't mention her name on this platform).

I have placed my order on the 29th. To date. nobody knows what's happening with my order. Nobody can assist to change my order or to cancel it.

This level of service is ATROCIOUS!!!! it Is disgusting to say the least. And no customer should get such treatment honestly.

This 100% goes against the Consumer Protection Act.
