Cell C Service

Worst experience with Cell C ever,to claim for repairs it takes 3 months of constant follow ups and cases being logged because something wasn't done or approved. I even paid and canceled 2 contracts last month with them, I got an sms confirming the cancellation with a reference number that will be effective on the 30th of September and this month I'm charged again the cancellation fee. I called and a case was logged, I go a reference number and they said someone will call within 2 days. 2 days later I called again because no one ever calls back I always need to follow up and same thing, another reference Number and another 2 days. Honestly what am I so suppose to do with them because no one calls.
