Cell C sent me the wrong phone

I called cellc retention department Saturday morning regarding a cell phone upgrade and the lady I spoke to convinced to upgrade over the phone and get the device on Monday. Come Monday mid day I called back to find out what's the hold up and I was told delivery takes 5 to 7 days fine I decided to wait.

The phone arrives today at 1pm and it's not what I ordered. I called cell c 4 times and and all I got was "I'm sorry, u have to call the return department" which I did and they now tell me It will take 5 - 7 to collect the phone

Now I must sit for almost and entire week with a phone I dont want on top of that I will to go through the upgrade process again and wait another week before I can get my device. I'm extremely disappointed with the level of service I got from cell c.
