Cell C sends cancelled lines to Debt Collectors
I cancelled my contract that was ending 11 July and even paid the pro-rata deduction after on 28 June. I called a month in advance (11 June) to have it cancelled and was told it would be processed. The sim has been converted to Pay as you Go and not used anymore. Now I'm getting calls from debt collectors VVM Debt Collectors that this line was never cancelled and I owe outstanding monies? How is this possible?
