Cell C sending spam after promising not to

I made the same complaint here a few weeks ago. I was promised it would stop. It didn't. Cell c cannot be trusted aa their promises means nothing.

I DON'T WANT THIS CELL C SPAM MESSAGES EVERY TIME I RECHARGE.
