CELL C SENDING ME PILLAR TO POST FOR CONTRACT CANCELLATION

Good Day Cell C,

On the 8th August 2022, I spoke to Siphesihle regarding a request to cancel my contract.

On the 10th payment was made (attached).

Today, Phindile is telling me that R645 was missalocated and I must do another payment.

Cell C, what really is your problem? I want out of this contract.

I paid with a specific reference number for easy allocation of payment, then why are you misallocation the money and then further wants me to make extra payment?

Can I please have that money reallocated into the correct account and HAVE THE COANCELLED.

I NO LONGER WANT THIS CONTRACT AND HAVE PAID FOR THE CANCELLATION (COMMITMENT FEE), PLEASE CANCEL. I DO NOT WANT STORIES.
