cell c sells lies to their customers

went to lenasia trade route mall cell c store to apply for a contract phone, all is well i got approved but not to the amount i wanted to take a phone out for. which is fine,the consultant told me that LG K10 is one of the best, features. he was comparing it to other phones stating that it was the best. i want another phone because this 1 is shirt, what do i do because the customer care is already making me aware that i am going to have complications with getting another phone and telling me that cell stores are different, how cell c store have different rules and policies .i want another phone or cell can take their phone back and only charge me for the days i use the phone which was since 24/03/2018....
