CELL C sells damage SONY EXPERIA C
i purchased a Sony Experia C at Cell C at the Bluff Towers under contract in March 2015. 2 weeks later the phone was shutting down on its own and rebooting after I unlock it. In addition to this when the phone reboots it did NOT pick up the SIM card.

The issue was that I had to wait 3 long weeks in order for me to get the phone back of which I'm not sure that it will work properly. I sent the phone back to the Cell C shop on the 3/3/2014 and the tracking number at Cell C is R***2.

Early May 2015, the Sony Experia C, displays 'insufficient storage', after it was taken back to the shop and was rebooted, of which i was told to put a new memory card and the issue will be resolved.
I am very disappointed because I was told that I can't be with a phone for another 3 - 5 weeks. i feel like i have been sold damage good and the store refused to provide me with a different phone as i don't like owning a SONY phone any longer because of Cell C's poor service to replace it or provide me with alternative phone. Please help.
Regards
Winston
***
