Cell C selling damaged phones to customers

Hello Peter,<br> <br> On Saturday the 2nd of April 2015 I upgraded my contract as it expires at the end of June. My replacement phone was a Black Berry Z3. After signing the contract the box containing the phone was opened in my presence and switched on and found to be working as is the normal procedure.
