cell c sell out contracts

I am angry out of my mind for how my contract buy out (sell outs) is still delayed due to the lack of information cell c has got. Vodacoms policy has changed on the buy out policy. The client must first pay the account before the number can be ported.cell c only gives the buy out money after the Vodacom number has been ported. So the customer is left with a catch 22. I must pay out of my pocket to let the number be ported. That's ridiculous. There is no way. Then I only get a card that I can't pay my day to day accounts with. That's mad. Bow does a big company like cell c not know what is going on with the competitors policies on such a massive situation. I'm appalled. And then what made me mad was that the employee at cell c told us that on the pinnacle 3 you get R20000 buy out. So we took it. And only after we inputted all the information and signed the contracts we were told that she would only get R6000. How will this help us? R4200 must go to Vodacom and R1800 to us. That's a massive lie that was told to us to reel us into contracts that are only headaches and has not given us one bit of hope in cell c. My wife could've chosen a galaxy S6 edge now shes stuck with R1800.
