Cell C - self service or nothing !

<p>It's the second time that I have to send in my contract phone for repairs, the frustration is that the frstt complaint was never resolved although my phone was returned to me.</p> <p>Arrogant non customer driven persons at the Cell C call center does not help, the response I got is that I should call them back. Being in the retail business for more than 10 years I understand that the customer’s expectations is higher ever, but all I ask is repair or replace my phone. This is a contract phone….</p>
