Cell c seeing for themselves
Hi there 24month contract taken and compeleted with a device then this rolled over to a further 24month sim only contract and now I am unbale to cancel until the contract expires in June 2024 ????? Really , this should have went month to month after the initial 24 months

No mention of an additional 24month contract was spoken about .
What i want is for this sim contract to be cancelled and for the number to be on prepaid

09 Nov 2023, 15:47Our contracts are not canceled automatically on the 24th month. If a cancellation request is not received 30 days prior to the date of contract expiry, then the contract will continue to run on a month-to-month basis.
