good day <br> <br> this is the second compliant I am putting on hello peter regarding the same problem that has never been resolved ever since the first complaint My problem is that I have been battling with network in my area and have been calling almost 2 to 3 months now forever being transferred to one department then the other ,after all that I managed to find the correct department spoke to a Mandisa in the technical department which she has logged a complaint regarding the matter *** And *** a tabiso called me to advise me that they are aware of the problem and sent out network guys to test the area as there has been a lot of complaints in the area regarding this and found out that there was a problem ,he mentioned that cell c will be putting a tower up however he cant tell me when this is going to happen or anything as it is out of his hands , I requested to speak to a team leader \networks Team leader Dasweer"he apparently wasn't available so left a message for him to please call me back as I need to resolve the problem as my question to the agent was what happens to me the customer in the interim.
