Cell C see no one!!

Done a port from MTN to Cell C... nightmare!! can't send SMS and people cannot call me, under advise I did a SimSwap, the problem still continues. MTN says it's a routing problem with Cell C and Cell C says nothing is wrong... well do us a favor and sent that SMS for me will you?
