CELL-C see false information for yourself

Good Day,

I had defaulted in paying my Cell C account and understanding that they handed me over for collection. However, to my disappointment Cell C submitted incorrect instalment amount against my name to the credit bureau. The amount that was owed from my business account was R22 000(not exact amount), after failing to get consolidation loan due to affordability I came to learn that I have an instalment of R44 000 for a mobile contract...so till today I have settled the account and have a paid-up letter, but still, the account shows that amount at Experian. So I feel that Cell C did that deliberately so that I do not have to get financial assistance in form of loan, home-loans and other credit facilities.
