Cell C se ****

where does one even begin with this bull**** network? they have a policy of 30 notice before they cancel your contract, so I called many times and spoke to many people as well. My requests were apparently processed and I was told that if I pay a cancelation fee for my voice line, it would be cancelled with immediate effect, however that was a bunch of bull****, because a month a half later, my lines were not cancelled until 2 days ago and now I have received a statement showing an amount of R584.28 that needs to be paid for June, this is completely unacceptable. The main reason I called on the 17th of April 2019, was to make sure 30 days of notice was served, and these overpriced contracts were terminated by the end of May 2019. This was not done, the call centre staff at cell c are *****, and I would like to make it known that if I am charged that amount of R584.28 this month, I will be taking legal action.
