Cell c must be the most unproffesional cel company in sa. They have staff that does not know **** from sand. I have a contract with them for the last 2 years, now the stoped taking debit orders and im stuck with a contract thats usseless. I spoke to maybe 15 people in the customer care department and no one has come back to us. No managers are available and if you speak to one he also does not have a clue what to do. This is realy bad and it shows that you are seeing your gat in the market.

01 Sept 2020, 12:44my contract was stoped withou anyone telling us. THE DEBIT ORDER did not go off last month and this month because some how you dont have our banking details but we were debited for the past 2 years. Managaers at cell c does not phone back. leta see if today they will.
