Cell C **** of service providers

Pathetic and disgusting people I will never ever take out another contract neither will I ever recommend them to anybody. I had 3 contracts with cell C for the past 3 years, my account has always been up to date apart from when I had a little set back, I was pregnant with twins and could not go back to work which led my account to go into arrears. I did however free and close my account on 18 May 2021, I have also requested paid up letters since then until current and after numerous calls and waste of airtime today is 20 July and still NOTHING!!!!!! I am currently applying for a home with my husband and due to the incompetence and lack of care from cell C for their customers THIS IS HOLDING ME BACK!!!!!! I WAS TOLD BY MY BANK THAT CELL C NEEDS TO UPDATE Experian, I did request this from may aswell as my accounts were paid and closed. Only for the *********** bunch to report to experian that my account balance is R16000 and my monthly payment is R16000 DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE TO HAVE CONTRACT FOR R16000????????? I WANT MY EXPERIAN, TRANS UNION, COMPUSCAN OR ANY OTHER CREDIT BEUREA UPDATED IMMEDIATELY AS I STUCK TO MY COMMITMENT AND PAID MY DUES TO YOU GUYS AND FYI TELLING A CUSTOMER YOU WILL RESOLVE THEIR ISSUE IN 2 DAYS MEANS....... 2 DAYS NOT 2 MONTHS!!!!!!! MY references is *** customer service case number *** second case number ***. I want my credit report updated immediately. And I will be reporting to obundsman.
