Cell c ****s people

I went to a garage to buy airtime. I was given a voucher which reflected a 0 balance. Went back to the garage n enquired n was told cell c must sort it out. Called cell c n was told garage must sort out . Garage told me to stop wasting their time coz cell c is the one that gave them voucher no. I called cell c again n they explained 2 me that it's a all in one which I have no idea what is that. Please refund me all I wanted was airtime
