CELL C ****S CUSTOMER JUST BEFORE CHRISTMAS OUT OF ANOTHER DEBIT ORDER THEN LIES WITH RETURN DATE TWICE AND NOW REFUSING TO RETURN IT. SAYING IT WILL BE USED FOR THE NEXT INSTALLMENT .
CELL C STOLE AN EXTRA DEBIT ORDER OFF MY ACCOUNT KEEPS PROMISING IT WILL BE RETURNED YET IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND NOW THEY STATE THEY ARE KEEPING IT FOR THE NEXT PAYMENT. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST ME WITH METHODS TO GET MY MONEY BACK? CONTINUE TO SAY THEY ARE TRYING TO CONTACT ME TELLING LIES I HAVE EMAILED THEM MY NUMBER AND ALSO GIVEN IT TO THEM ON THIS PLATFORM. ANY ONE HAVE FURTHER PLACES I CAN REPORT THEM ?

They kept it for the next payment. there then is a balance due to me still that they promised to repay into my account this still has not happened. I will definitely be taking this further.
They are dishonest and continue to lie about repaying. and Cell C customer care why don't you go draw all the recordings that your trained staff have promised me. my number is ***
