Cell c ****s

I'm recently been debited R5549 by cell c telecommunications. So I went to the cell c store in mall of the north polokwane and one of the consultant showed me ********** documents that shows that someone has opened two cellphones contract with a cloned copy of my identity document and a **** payslip upon investigation at the store they tried to call the lines and the culprit dropped the call upon realizing that the people who called are from cell c. So I was advised to bring along my three months banks statement and an affidavit and everytime when I make a follow up the constant at mall of the north they never come back to me and when a request that they must give me the reference number so that I make a follow up myself they refuse ....this situation is so frustrating because everytime I reverse the debit ,they make another debit the following day. And mind you they debit five thousand rand!!!!
