Cell C-******** their way into a contract upgrade
Cell C consultants phoned me to tell me that my upgrade was due. They offered a Samsung J1 for a bit more than the price i'm paying now but it's a \much better phone"than my S3 Mini and he can deliver the next day. This was true"
