Cell C ******** customers

I was offered a phone upgrade on my existing contract. When I selected a specific phone I was told by the consultant that the phone is currently out of stock and he suggested a similar spec phone. This phone was more expensive but he said it is the best alternative while the one I asked for was out of stock. He said I would get the phone within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks my phone was still not delivered so I contacted them to find out when I would receive it and then I was told that phone is out of stock and they do not have an ETA a to when they would get stock. I emailed their customer care and after a week I still have no feedback

So the consultant **** to me to to get me to take out a contract which is more expensive than the phone I wanted. Professional con artists
