Cell C ******** / **********/ Ripping me off

1) In 2019 I took out a contract with these ******** called Cell C. The number they allocated to me did not work, I contacted them, they failed to solve it. I emailed them and told them to cancel, they are still deducting money from me today. 2) Again in May this year, I emailed them cancelling a contract, they are still deducting money from me still today. 3) Every month they deduct R599, R690, R339, R155 for lines that do not belong to me. I am so frustrated by this company, I feel like saying and doing things that are not very pleasant.
