Cell C ********

I need an assistance please. Last year October 2019 I went to Cell C to apply for a contract phone. They told me that I do not qualify for the device I wanted. They said my credit score is too low for the device I wanted. So the device I wanted was for R400.00 and they said they have R350 for me according to my credit scoring. I told the sales consultant that I am not going to take any device with them, I will wait until I have the good credit score. I left the shop. On the Month of November R300 was deducted from my account by Cell C. I reversed the amount an went to the store and tell them about the incident. The manager said he is going to talk with the sales consultant because she was not there that day. The manager promised to get rid of my name on their system because they checked that the device was approved and never been used.

On December again, R500 was again deducted from my account. Again I went to the store and the sales consultant was there, so when she was explaining herself she said " I was thinking that you will make your mind". I told the lady why you approved something without my permission! And what about my signature? ! The manager again called the Cell C head office again while I was in store. So they said everything has been cleared so I will need to wait for 21 days.

Again on January month end, they deducted from my account an amount of R888. also on February and March before 15th. So I kept on reversing the amount. This is affecting my credit profile. When I am reversing from the bank, i get the back charges. I am so angry. I want the company to pay every cent. How can I pay something that I never own? Is it the company making ***** to people? Are the sales consultants ***** from the customers? Why.? The sales consultant who did this is still in the store. To me they are the bunch of *********.

Can someone please assist me on which route or process I can take to sue them
