Cell C ********

I saw a add on the internet. It was a contract deal of a Samsung a31 with tablet for R350. When they delivered the phone, it was only a Samsung A31for the same price. They delivered the phone on the 11th of Feb and I called them back the 12th to cancel. It is now August and they deducted ever since knowing that I've cancel because of the wrong device. They keep on escalating cases and give me a date when they will call me for feedback but they never call back. I have to call them and when I do then I get referred to all the departments only to find out that they see nothing on their systems. I never used the phone nor did I use the benifits. They eventually collected the phone trough courier on the 7th of July but they not calling yet it was not my fault for all this.

I am trying to solve a problem since February with no help from them.

I have all the proof of calling them and spoke to them not less than 30 minutes.
