Cell C ****med me with an insurance that does'nt pay out

They have a phone insurance called C-surance, it debits R149, you get into trouble when you try to claim. They did not assist me even after i had complained via social media.

I am never taking any mobile contract with them.

Lungile did not assisit me, request for email correspondence with me. Secondly C-surance contacted me and confirmed the facts i have stated in this review i.e. they cancelled my insurance upon me claiming & did not give reason. I also have an email from them stating such. My frustration currently is that you continued to included their amount in the remaining balance which is completely unfair!! Trying to look good on this website serves no purpose because i have researched and found many like me on twitter.

My advice to anyone reading this is to never enter into a contractual agreement with Cell C nor their ***** recommended subsidiaries. You have left me frustrated, with a broken phone and a bad credit record!!
