Cell C ****med me my Laptop

On the 20th of May 2020 I took a laptop back that was meant to be replaced because the laptop was delivered while faulty. The laptop was initially on contract but it was settled within a month. Due to that cell C is refusing to replace or fix the laptop. Worse part now they don't want to evens return the faulty one. In other words cell C ****med me more than R5000. Every time I call cell C east rand mall (the store I took the laptop to) I am always promised a call back. Worse part when I call the store using my phone they ignore it. I would be happy to just get a refund and move on. Cell C is by far the worse.
