Cell c ****med me
I bought an airtime of R203 yesterday after 7pm,I wanted to buy 100gb of data ,then when I checked my balance I was left with R110 immediately I called cell c ,they told me that I have a recurring 12gb which is untrue because because I buy monthly data of 100gb, how can I have a recurring of 12gb that I never bought, now they are telling me they will solve it after 48hours,I need data to work,I have not used your data I want my airtime

25 Oct 2022, 09:39When you say I could, u are not sure or you didn't even bother to check, I am telling you that your collegues says I have a recurring data which is untrue, I you checked my acc ,you would've seen that there's 12gb of data that you guys purchased for me without my permission ,stop giving me stories, take back your data and give me my money, subscription my foot what do you take me for?
