Cell C ****

I had a cell phone contract with Cell for 2 years 2019 till 2021 September. I was paying R600 per month for my phone and insurance. October debit order of R360 went through I call the call center to find out why as the last payment was supposed to be in September. The lady told me they put me on month to month. I asked to cancel the contract she put me through the relevant department to cancel I was told they cancelled. 1st November I called again to make sure that they proceed my request they confirmed that it's canceled. Jan 2021 I received an sms for termination of my contract. But now I'm getting calls from a debt collector that I owe Cell C R1800 I'm asking them how they telling me to contact Cell C. When I call them and they tell me my account has been handed over I'm asking then for the recording when I called to cancel my contract with them and they can provide but they always says their calls are recorded. This now is reflected bad on my name.
