I'm very disappointed with the service I received. I was unable to pay my account for 5 months. The installment is 300 rand. I find that I owe them 9000 rand. I went to the cell c shop and was told to call in. I called in to inquire and set up a debit order and find out about the amount they said my details are incorrect I can't be assisted. The bill went from 5 500 to 9000.i have no access to the account and it keeps increasing by 1000s of Rands I don't know what to do
