CELL C ****

I was sold a cell c wifi router by cell c after two weeks the router was faulty I took in for repair they said it needed to be reset ,after 1 day the router failed ,I took it back to cell c ,they said it needed to go for repair ,they said they would call me when ready ,after 1 and a half years of deducting fees from my account I still have NO ****ing router ,I went in to cell c last month to cancel my contract ,I paid in full at nedbank ,I have the proof of payment and they said it was terminated only to find out these ****ing *******s are still deducing fees from my account .PLEASE EVERYONE BE CAREFUL OF CELL C THEY **** YOU, im a decent law abiding citizen but im furious and ive had enough ,ive now contacted my lawyers ,i've given them all the evidence and proof of payments for something ive never owned ,they say I have a good chance of winning the lawsuit, PLEASE PEOPLE BE CAREFUL OF CELL C ,don't fall victum like myself, stay safe and check the fine print ,they also **** to me and said it was a month to month contract ,only to find out it was a 24 month contract ,(entrapment) ,me and my wife have all the proof ,sent to my lawyers ,and they still deducting money from my account after I closed it last month ,PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF CELL C ,stay credit safe ,keep well regards Derrick.
