Cell C ****

I got a Huawei P7 on a 24 months contract in 2014 September from Cell C, it was working fine till the last couple of months and when I took it to Cell C Repair centre in Midrand they told me since I've had the phone for more than 12 months the is nothing they can do, they only fix Huaweis in the first 12 months after buying it. I still have nine months to go on my current contract with a phone that doesn't work properly and might stop work at any time. My biggest problem is why do you sell phones on a 24 month contract when knowing very well you only cover the first 12 months on any problem that the phone may have.
