Cell C - Says refund processed but weeks later still nothing?
After months of back and forth with Cell C - FINALLY got an sms :" Kindly be advised case number ********** has been resolved, a refund has been processed into your account. Please take note that a refund may take 3-7 days to reflect into bank account." this was sent on March 20 2019. I have now gone and had a bank statement printed for the last month, STILL NOTHING FROM CELL C and it is no April 9 2019!!! Please people, it cannot be this difficult??? I want this resolved ASAP.
