Cell C saying problem resolved when it's NOT!!!

Dear Cell C, My Problem was NOT sorted out as you are stating, I have decided to just pay the dam account and forget about it, However, Maropeng called me last Monday and after a Long discussion he said that they will Credit an amount of R180.00 out of \Goodwill"from the huge account I got (R849.00) <br> <br> R180.00 is not a lot but if you are used to paying R99.00 per month and all of a sudden get an account of R849.00.
