I still can't believe after two months I'm still without a phone,and the sad news is even if I wanted to cancell my contract it will be impossible.. Im sick and tired of running around like a headless chicken calling the insurance for more than 45 minutes of being on hold to nothing, why do I have to suffer so much to get my phone..I have brought it since mid December,now its quoted and I must get a new one but it's as if they are doing me a favour..this is the last time Im having a contract with cell c,u have inconvenienced me beyond .all I want is a phone,please Im tired of ur bad service.

06 Feb 2018, 13:21I got a missed call from customer care,pls note I'm using an old phone that does not even vibrate..so if u can understand the stress and humiliation that I'm going through while paying for a phone that I don't have,kindly try me again I'll make sure it's in my hand.

07 Feb 2018, 21:53I plead with cellc to give me my phone or rather cancel my contract so I can go else where to find a new phone I can't be suffering like this.. No word from them today,same story at the shop..what am I supposed to do?strike at or store maybe u will listen, cause clearly coming to hello Peter for the hundredth time doesn move u.stop being cruel guys n taking my money every month end for a phone I don't have
