Cell c savannah

I called in the whole day since morning wanting to talk to the manager of the cell c store Frida regarding my phone I took in since 18 December for repairs,she has been avoiding me..Its soo sad the way people treat their customers and put a bad name on their company I don't know if I'm the 1st one to complain about this store but their lack of respect towards the customers is ridiculing.. I pay for my contract phone which I don't have at the moment because it was bought back without fixing,they didn't even call me to inform me I had to call them and also call the technicians to ask why my phone was brought back only to be told they were communicating with The store but they were not responding hence my phone was brought back..what do I do?because I called them numerous times they don't take me serious.all they do is ask is "who is this ok,she's in a meeting" since 10 am..
