Cell C SANDTON CITY STAFF VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AFTER REFUSING TO PROVIDE NAMES OF COUNTER SALES PEOPLE ASSISTING

I Had very unprofessional and rude service from a sales lady at CELL C SANDTON CITY Who was assisting me with a porting query that I had. The sales lady refused to give me her name, neither did the other 2 assistants at the store. The sales lady said if I need to know anything else I must come to the store on Monday when the manager is there. She also refused to give me the managers name or contact details. I went to an extent of taking a pgotograph of the sales lady that I talked to. Needless to say my port query has still not been resolved. Cell C needs to explain Howcan they have staff working for them that do not want to share their names.
